	Materials:  26 cm circum mari, wrapped in dark blue   Pearl Cotton #5 in dark red, red, yellow, dark blue, white Marking thread in silver metallic Prepare a 10-Combination Division

Number/mark each pentagon center so that all rounds are stitched in the same order, for kousa style. Stitch off set pentagons around each center as shown in diagram to left. First round placement is just over the marking line into the adjacent pentagon. Work 4 rows dark red, 1 row yellow, 4 rounds light red, 2 rounds dark blue. Work 3 rounds of chidori kagari within each star center: 1 row yellow, 2 rows white.
