Stitching Swirl Elements
You may have seen those gorgeous temari
that look like they are actually moving - they are
composed
of swirls that look like they almost swirl together. This sample
collection
was made by Paula G, who also demonstrated a very easy method of
working
the element at the Temari NY 2002 gathering. There are several ways to
approach
stitching this design - you can choose which works for you best.
There is a good collection of Swirl Stuff adding up -
- To try Paula's method as
intepreted by Nicole (includes marking/dividing as well as stitching
digrams) go to Stitching
the Swirl Design/Nicole

division
and marking to use swirl on three inch mari click

- For an even shorter
Shortcut marking method using only a Simple 4 Division (no C10), click here
