You
may have seen in a few other places on this site reference to Sarah
Robinson,
to whom also in part Temarikai is dedicated.
Sarah was dearly loved by us all, a charter member of the Temari
Discussion
group, British by birth and living in Cyprus with her hubby (who gave
his
blessing to this page) after spending many years sailing the world with
him in his navigational career. This allowed Sarah the opportunity to
spend
some time in Tokyo, where she was a part of the Tokyo Women's Union
Temari
class, then being taught by Sensei Ozaki. Sarah blessed us all
with
sharing her knowledge, humor, life love and care.... it was a
deep
loss to us all when she passed away this spring (2001).
On this page
is offered some of what Sarah shared with us in photos, to honor and
remember
her; as Sarah would I believe, to continue to share her love and
inspiration.
You will find photos of her work in other places on the site, but here
you will find those that might not otherwise find a place, and to thank
her for the gifts she gave us all I can think of no better way than for
Sarah to have her own page on Temarikai.
