There
are many references on the Temarikai website about Vrulers, and
if you own any Japanese Temari books you most likey see them being used
in photos and illustrations about C10 markings. These are great little
gadgets that are simple to use
and make dividing/marking C10s much easier. V-Rulers are made for
and available by retail only through the Japan Temari Association in
Tokyo. The JTA has now agreed to allow them to be offered through
Temarikai so that they may be made available outside of Japan,
providing that
they are done so in good faith only at the cost of purchase/shipping
from the JTA with no additional profit margin. (Supplies and related
items sold through the JTA and Temari Museum are what help to provide
the operating funds for the Association, and of course we wholly
support this.)
The cost to obtain them (purchase plus shipping from Japan) from the JTA is $2.00US per V-ruler. This is what they therefore are available to you for, plus postage (postage effective 5/07 due to US postal rate increases) USPS First Class from NY, USA as follows:

- Orders to Canada or Mexico: add $0.75US to the ruler cost ($2.75 US total... no SASE)
