TemariKai is dedicated to the art of Temari; the people, traditions and culture of Japan; to all those that have and do contribute and participate to and with the site; and to the wonderful friends I have come to know through the site. There are too many to name in total, but all are very valued and appreciated. I also offer deep appreciation to Sharon, who was one of the first and most instrumental and supportive people in helping me to become established and grow in learning Temari, graciously sharing her library and threads......

        In particular TemariKai is also dedicated in honor and to the loving memory of  Sarah Robinson, a most wonderful lady in every sense of the word. Sarah was a Temari crafter of British birth that settled  with her hubby on the island of Cyprus after sailing all over the world with Peter in his career. She was an early follower of the site and a charter member of the discussion group, and the person who inspired the idea for the Great International Temari Swap. Her love, grace and humor has touched each of us and who we wrap our arms around still even though she is a better place than we. "Stay strong"...... and be with God, March 12, 2001.
