        Completion and submission of this online form will begin the process for purchasing a puppy from Birdwalk Farm. Please note that this requires a non-refundable waitlist fee  which will be applied to the purchase price of the puppy (please see Pricing Page if you still have questions). If Birdwalk Farm cannot fulfill your desires within a reasonable period of time then you be offered the option of continuing to wait for the right pup or a refund, but refunds simply because of reconsidering your decision are not available. Much time and effort goes into matching puppies with families and entering into this agreement constitutes a binding contract. Please note - Birdwalk Farm does retain the right to refuse a placement/sale; resellers of any form need not inquire.
