Inspiration Album - making "Bits" or "Rag" Temari
These photos are submitted by temari
crafters to show how you can use the little trims of thread ends
("orts", ends, bits - there are many words used through different
cultures and history) and make great colorful "patchwork" temari - just
choose a pattern and stitch. Choose a pattern, pick a piece of thread
and stitch till it runs out. Choose another and pick up where you left
off.... best results are gained if you keep it random (rather than
"cheating" when you pick your threads). First though, you have to save
your thread trims! Join in
